About Us

Counsel that understand the business, not just the brief.

Full-Service, Sector-Focused

Advisory, transactional and contentious work across energy, infrastructure, IP, dispute resolution, corporate and regulatory law.

Young Firm, Deep Bench

Our structure keeps us responsive, accessible and closely involved in every matter — without compromising technical depth.

Commercially Minded

We measure success by usefulness to the client — direct about risk, realistic on timelines, precise in the work we deliver.

Rock & Paper is a Nigerian full-service law firm providing legal advice and representation to businesses, investors, institutions, and individuals. Our practice covers energy and natural resources, infrastructure, intellectual property, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, regulatory and compliance, banking and finance, employment and labour, and related areas of law.

Our team brings together experience across transactional, advisory and contentious work. We advise companies, investors, government-linked entities, and other clients on matters ranging from energy and infrastructure transactions and financing to intellectual property protection, commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, arbitration and litigation.

We work closely and effectively with founders, boards, and in-house teams. Our approach is practical and commercially focused. We aim to understand what each client is trying to achieve, identify the legal issues, and provide clear and workable solutions.

We are a young firm, but our youth is matched by the depth of experience, technical expertise and professional capacity within our team. We are deliberate about the quality of our work, the relationships we build and the sectors in which we have developed expertise.
